***SNOW***SNOW***SNOW***SNOW***SNOW***SNOW***We got about 2-3 feet of the white stuff! I thought it would never stop! Meanwhile, I stayed home from work and completed another fantastic Kumihimo project! I used red and silver braiding cord on a Kumihimo disk in a Hollow Braid pattern. Then I added a 30mm Venetian glass heart pendant. Stunning! I plan to make earrings tomorrow to go with it! I love Kumihimo braiding! As long as you follow a few basic rules and guidelines, there are endless possibilities to create some very beautiful pieces. My next project involves seed beads, beach glass, and some lovely Fire Agate stones! I can't wait to start that one! After that I'm going to do a project with freshwater pearls and fire polished Czech glass! WOW! I have projects stacked up but that's OK with me. Always something new to look forward to! It'll take days to get the snow under control and I have lots to keep me busy!
