Turkey Day is almost here!

Fall is in full swing now... Halloween marks the first of many happy celebrations at this time of year. Won't be long till Thanksgiving or as we like to call it... Turkey Day! Turkey reigns supreme in our household and we savor it twice a year... And wonder why we don't prepare it more often!
